Watershed Media partnered with the Paradise Symphony Orchestra (PSO) to modernize their digital infrastructure and document their From Age to Age concert. The website was built on Webflow with integrated ticketing and payment processing via Stripe, reducing friction across the ticket purchase experience while providing clearer financial reporting. By consolidating event information and checkout into a single system, the PSO is now positioned to manage sales more efficiently and improve accessibility for their audience.

The From Age to Age program featured the PSO’s Young Artists Competition, highlighting two emerging local musicians performing alongside the orchestra, as well as a piano performance by Dr. Bradley Martin. To document the event, a multi-camera approach was used to capture both the performance and the interaction between conductor and musicians. Audio was recorded using a stereo pair of condenser microphones to preserve the natural acoustics of the space, while event photography provided a complementary set of still assets for use across PR and marketing channels.

For organizations like the PSO, high-quality media functions as a long-term asset rather than a single-use deliverable. Video, audio, and photography from a single performance can be repurposed across digital platforms, supporting audience development and archival efforts. As the organization continues forward following the Camp Fire and broader disruptions, these systems and assets contribute to sustained visibility and operational continuity.
